What does Haven cost an owner?
1% of rent actually collected through Haven, plus a flat €99 once, when a tenancy starts through Haven. No other fees, and nothing on rent Haven did not collect.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Export everything and leave anytime. Retention comes from Haven being better, not from hostage data.
Do you handle Malta lease registration?
Haven generates the lease with everything the Authority asks for, including the Lessor Self-Declaration, and tracks the 30-day deadline. You file it in your own name and record the reference here.
