For most people, renting means agencies, paperwork, and never quite knowing where things stand. Haven replaces all of it with one honest place where both sides see the same facts.
Fair by design
Haven is a neutral referee. Obligations, receipts and timelines are recorded the same way for renter and owner, and they protect whichever side kept their word. We never tilt the product toward the side that pays us.
Honest by default
Statuses reflect reality. Haven never says “paid” before money is real, and never claims to hold funds it does not hold. When AI helps, it drafts and suggests: a rule or a human always decides.
Malta first, Europe next
